Sunday, 05/17/01  0215 hours, Jenkintown & Edge Hill Road, Abington Twp., Vehicle Into A Building W/ Fire, Station 400 (Edge Hill) responded along with Station 300 (Weldon Fire Co.), Engines 502 & 503 (Roslyn Fire Co.), Engine 1 and Ladder 1 (Glenside Fire), Medic 353 (Second Alarmers Rescue Squad), 206 (McKinley Fire Co.) was the Fast Truck, and Station 100 (Abington Fire Co.) full company was called in to assist.  A vehicle crashed into a building, and the building and vehicle caught fire.  The building was commercial on the first floor and had apartments on the second floor.
