100 block of Houston Ave., Dwelling Fire 10/25/02

Stations 400 (Edge Hill) and 300 (Weldon) are dispatched to a dwelling fire reported to be smoke from the attic vent.  Engine and Chief 400 arrived on-scene reporting heavy smoke showing.  Montgomery County then dispatched Ladder 100 (Abington) as a F.A.S.T. Unit.  Chief 400 also requested Engine 1 & Ladder 1 (Glenside), to be added to the assignment.

Chief 400 give's instructions to the fire fighters on the roof. Edge Hill member's climb up the ladder.  The house that was on fire. 

Water and smoke shoots out of the second floor window. A representative from PECO shuts off the dwelling's gas and electric. One of the room's of the house.
