Medical Helicopter Landing

The Second Alarmers Rescue Squad (Medic 353) were dispatched to a residence for a fall victim.   When the Paramedics arrived on-scene, they determined that they patient was in need of the services of a trauma center.  With the temporary closing of the Abington Memorial Hospital Emergency Trauma Center, a medical evacuation helicopter (University MedEvac 3) was requested to fly the patient to another local trauma center.  County dispatched Station 400 to standby at the helicopter landing.
